Dr. Ravi Ramakantan clarified that the society was initiated at the Chandigarh conference as it was convenient to meet at the time of the conference. He also said that registration of a society can follow its formation. Dr. P.G. Shetty said that he has specifically not replied to Prof. Jayakumar's letter as he was hoping to meet him at the meeting in the Chandigarh conference and discuss the constitution as suggested by Dr. Jayakumar.

constitution would be sent to the members present and the executive committee for ratification. It was suggested that all members should sent in their suggestion on the constitution to Dr. Prashant Shetty.
